Mr President,
I, the lawyer Le Trong Quat, leader of the government de jure of the Republic of Vietnam, have continued the government outside the territory of Vietnam. My shadow Cabinet actually started working on March 12, 2015 in the United States and many countries around the world where the Vietnamese refugees settled. Our main and important task is to train and build the Vietnamese people overseas and in the country who have firm faith in the national cause of freedom and democracy to await the day of restoration of the Republic of Vietnam in the spirit of Paris Convention on January 27, 1973 in Vietnam. The Republic of Vietnam, before 1975, was the closest ally of the United States, the most effective outpost anti-communist, contributing to the defense of the free world, including the United States.
On June 16, 2017, the U.S. President Donald Trump comes to the Manuel Artime Theater, Miami, Florida, United States where there is a Cuban-American refugee community to sign the state order of the Cuban embargo in front of tens of thousands of people in the community. This action by President Donald Trump was hugely enthusiastic and supportive of the Cuban community in the United States. They joyfully shed tears of joy because they have put their trust in the President Donald Trump, the outstanding leader to liberate Cuba country from the Cuba communist Party's oppression and exploitation,one day not very far.
Honorable President,
Vietnamese Americans in the United States and in all parts of the world, as well as Vietnamese people in the country, have welcomed this comforting news as a great joyful and wholehearted celebration. They firmly support you and your outstanding policy in favor of oppressed peoples around the world.
On behalf of the patriotic Vietnamese people abroad and in Vietnam, the government de jure of the Republic of Vietnam, respectfully requests the President Donald Trump to pay special attention and help us to liberate Vietnam from the tyranny, dictatorship and cruelty of the Vietnamese communist rulers, just like you have done for Cuba.We'll ensure that the Vietnam free and democratic will be alied of the United States, an outpost anti China communist as the rulers of the Vietnamese communist Party ran away. Your work will be highly appreciated by the Vietnamese people and this is also a good opportunity for the U.S. government to atone for its mistake to the people of Vietnam in the past had to take the Republic of Vietnam into the hands of communist Vietnam rulers who killed the million and million Vietnamese people in the deep forest, high seas and prison camps of the Vietnamese communist rulers as they invaded the South of Vietnam.
